'd like some city services that doesn't involve the police. the police are doing a very good job. we have 3 bicycle officers, we have calls, we have people up and down. we like having police. we'd like to have some city services to take care of some of what we call the antisocial behavior in the plaza -- drinking, public urination, public other stuff that people do in the middle of the day. the city already sends somebody out for two hours in the morning from 4:00 to 6:00 or 5:00 to 7 klak to power wash the plaza every day. we're spending a lot of money as taxpayers. we think we can do better. we appreciate the police, they're doing a great job, but what we'd like you to do and the reason i'm here is i'm asking you to make some calls, get other agencies involved, a multi tier, multi level approach, we just need some help. the other thing, just out of interest, i got all this from the department of records also. this is about 24th and mission and 16th and mission and the calls for service there are fewer than 20 in a year, which i found very interesting, considering the bad pr for tha

and take a look at the peninsula. daly city, it is coming down at two tenths of 1 in. and half moon bay indicating heavy conditions with 2-1/4 inches report it. and the east bay is also showing one-half inch per hour, alameda, and danville and of course the san ramon area. taking a look at that the planners steady, heavy rainfall. showers on/off. and it is windy. this wind advisory for the north bay until about 1:00 p.m. the east bay and it is going to taper off. still however, mostly cloudy conditions but a dry start. taking a look at futurecast it is indicating moderate/heavy. it will press self livermore, mountain view, modern/heavy by 10:00 a.m. and by noon, it will taper off. showers on the/off for the afternoon at the same for the north bay. still dealing with moderate rainfall for the south bay and by 4:00 p.m. it will continue to press out with re until 8:00 p.m. the we are going to seek drier conditions. we could even see some sunshine possibly tomorrow. with rainfall totals when this is all said and done 1-2 in. to-4 in. of the higher elevations. with a 2-4 in. at the col othe
